Locations

Learning Solutions is dedicated to providing therapy services to children in underserved, rural communities. We’re proud to have opened two locations in the Uintah Basin, and we’re continually working to expand and bring much-needed support to even more families in rural areas.

Vernal, UT

Our Vernal location is thoughtfully designed to support a variety of therapeutic services in a welcoming and functional environment. The space features two dedicated occupational therapy rooms and a sensory room, offering a range of tools and settings to support regulation and skill-building. We have two private speech therapy rooms to ensure focused and individualized care. For our play-based ABA therapy, several areas throughout the clinic are designated for interactive and naturalistic learning. A spacious gross motor room allows for movement-based activities and motor planning exercises, while our craft room and computer lab support the development of life skills in a creative and tech-friendly setting. Clients also benefit from a designated circle time area, where they engage in group-based social skill building in a structured, supportive environment.

Roosevelt, UT

Learning Solutions Roosevelt is currently located at 3954 E Highway 40 in Ballard, Utah. This location continues to provide quality services in a supportive and nurturing environment. However, exciting changes are on the horizon. In the fall of 2025, we will be relocating to a newly renovated facility at 355 South Main Street in Roosevelt, Utah.

The new clinic is being thoughtfully renovated to meet the specific needs of our OT, ST, and ABA therapy services. Every detail is being designed with functionality and effectiveness in mind, creating an ideal space for individualized and group-based therapy. This move reflects our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality care in an environment that promotes growth, learning, and success for every client we serve.
